My stay at High Line was quite enjoyable. The location is fantastic, especially for business, providing easy access to Chelsea and nearby attractions. The deluxe king room was spacious, very well furnished, and came with a comfortable bed that ensured quality sleep. Additionally, the air conditioning and the flat-screen TV were excellent, and I appreciated the twice-daily maid service for fresh towels. The popular coffee bar in the lobby is a nice touch, offering a great atmosphere to unwind or meet with colleagues.
The only downside was the lack of light in the room, which made it feel a bit dim.

The Standard King room was pretty spacious for NYC. Loved the eclectic decor and the comfy bed—seriously, I slept like a baby! The room had this unique charm. Water pressure in the shower was amazing too. But, it did get really warm at night, like over 80 degrees. Had to crack a window, but then a mosquito showed up, which was not cool. Overall, comfortable but needed a better temperature control.

I loved the unique vintage aesthetic with antiques and quirky decor that gave the hotel so much character! The manual typewriters in the lobby were not just charming. they sparked creativity and connections with other guests. Plus, how fun was 'yappy hour'? Treats for my dog made him feel right at home too!

The High Line Hotel has charm that really stands out. The historic building adds to its character. My room had high ceilings, and the decor felt unique and inviting. The coffee shop on site? It buzzed with local life, and the cocktails at the bar were decent too. Location in Chelsea is perfect for exploring. Easy access to the High Line Park was a big plus for morning strolls. On the downside, the air conditioning was a bit underwhelming. it struggled to keep the room cool. Also, the lobby can get crowded, especially during events. I felt a little disconnected from the staff during busy times. Room service isn't available, which was a letdown after a long day. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay if you don't mind a few quirks.

Quirky vibes with room for improvement
The lobby atmosphere is lively, with an Intelligentsia coffee shop, but it feels cramped, especially during events. My room had a unique charm but lacked essentials like a proper dining option. Recommend arriving during quieter hours to avoid chaos and take advantage of nearby dining options for better meals.

Waiting was a bummer
I checked in excited, but ended up waiting 1.5 hours for my room. The staff was super polite, but they couldn't find my reservation at first. Finally got sorted and I liked the cozy vibe of the place. Nice coffee in the lobby, though! Wish they had told me it would take so long so I could've gone sightseeing instead.
